Everything is made to order and ships in up to 14 days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items — larger pieces like porch leaners cost more to ship.
Can I request a custom stain color?
Yes! Reach out before ordering at hello@cypressandpineco.com and we'll discuss options.
What's your return policy?
All products are handmade and made to order — because each piece is made specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations within 1 hour of ordering get a full refund; 1–3 hours after ordering carries a 25% fee for materials and prep; after 3 hours we can't cancel since production has begun. Candles, pillows, and other print-on-demand items can't be cancelled once submitted to our production partner.
What if my item arrives damaged or I get the wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cypressandpineco.com with a photo and your order number — we'll make it right. Note: natural knots, grain patterns, and color variation in real wood are part of each piece's character, not defects.
