Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

All Cypress + Pine Co. products are handmade and made to order. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email].

• Cancellations requested within 1 hour of placing the order are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations requested between 1–3 hours after placing the order are subject to a 25% fee to cover materials and prep already underway.
• After 3 hours, we are unable to accept cancellations, as production has typically begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.

Natural Variation Our products are made from real wood — natural knots, grain patterns, and color variation are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Print-on-Demand & Textile Items (Candles, Pillows, and Similar Products) Certain items in our shop — including candles, pillows, and other textile or print-on-demand products — are fulfilled by a third-party production partner. Once your order has been submitted to our production partner, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, regardless of when the request is made. This process begins immediately upon order placement. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about whether an item is fulfilled through our production partner, please contact us before ordering.
