Products: All products are handmade to order from natural wood materials. Colors, grain patterns, and dimensions may vary slightly from photos — this is a normal characteristic of handmade goods and not a defect.

Orders & Payment: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, material availability, or other circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Intellectual Property: All product designs, photos, and content on this site are the property of Cypress + Pine Co. and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability: Cypress + Pine Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
