Cancellations & Shipping

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellation requests are handled as follows: cancellations within 1 hour of ordering are eligible for a full refund; cancellations between 1–3 hours are subject to a 25% fee to cover materials and prep already underway; after 3 hours, we are unable to accept cancellations, as production has typically begun. Order multiple items and we'll combine them into one box when possible to save on shipping.
